Financial Services Built Around the Way Small Businesses Actually Work
Running a business means making financial decisions every week. Hiring, spending, pricing, saving, borrowing, planning. Most of those decisions are made with incomplete information, because the books are behind, the reports are confusing, or nobody on the team has time to make sense of the numbers. That is the problem we solve. We offer bookkeeping, fractional CFO services, personal finance management, bill pay, custom financial reporting, and financial reviews for small businesses across the country. Every engagement comes with a dedicated team, transparent pricing, and month-to-month agreements. No long-term contracts. No surprises.
Bookkeeping Services
Most business owners we talk to are stuck in one of three places. Their books are months behind and tax season is coming. They have a bookkeeper, but the reports show up late and they cannot tell what is happening. Or they are doing it themselves on nights and weekends and missing things that matter.
We handle all of it. Every bookkeeping client gets a dedicated bookkeeper who learns your business, a controller who reviews every set of financials before they reach you, and clean books formally closed every month. You get your profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow report on a predictable schedule. When tax season arrives, your CPA gets clean records in the format they need.
We work with QuickBooks, Xero, and dozens of integrations including Bill.com, Gusto, ADP, Stripe, Expensify, and Toast. If your books are behind, we handle cleanup work before regular monthly service begins.
Starting at $350 per month. Month-to-month. No long-term contracts.
Most of our bookkeeping clients sit in the $250,000 to $5 million annual revenue range, across industries including law firms, construction, medical practices, real estate, retail, technology, non-profits, and more.
Fractional CFO Services
Clean books tell you what already happened. A fractional CFO helps you decide what happens next.
Most businesses under $10 million in revenue do not need a full-time CFO at $200,000 to $400,000 a year. They need senior-level financial guidance at a fraction of that cost, for as long as they need it. That is what we provide.
Our fractional CFO services cover cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting, trend analysis, decision support, custom financial reporting, and the conversations with bankers, boards, and investors that require preparation and confidence. We meet at the cadence that fits your business, whether that is weekly, monthly, quarterly, or for a one-time project.
Common reasons business owners reach out for CFO help: cash flow is tight and they need a plan, they are growing and want to know if they can afford the next hire or expansion, they need to present financials to a lender or investor, their pricing is based on a guess, or they are switching from cash to accrual accounting and need someone to translate what the numbers mean now.
Our CFO services are delivered by Chris, Scott, and Ben, each bringing senior-level financial experience across multiple industries.
Starting at $250 per month. Month-to-month or project-based.
Personal Finance Management
The operational work of your personal financial life does not manage itself. Bills, accounts, investment statements, insurance renewals, household employees, tax documents. For busy professionals, retirees, high net worth individuals, and families managing finances for aging parents, the day-to-day work can pile up fast.
We handle it. Expense tracking, account reconciliation, personal balance sheets, cash flow reporting, investment account tracking, and tax document organization. Bill pay is available as an add-on. The same dedicated team that runs your business books can run your personal financial operations, keeping everything consistent and organized in one place.
We coordinate with your financial advisor, your CPA, and your estate attorney so everyone on your team has the information they need, shared only on your direction. Privacy and security are built into every step, with encrypted portals, limited access controls, VPN protection, and a non-disclosure agreement in place from day one.
There is no minimum net worth or income to work with us. We work with the people who genuinely need the help.
Starting at $450 per month. Month-to-month.
White Glove Bill Pay
For clients who need a hands-off approach to paying bills, our White Glove Bill Pay service handles the entire process. We manage prompt, accurate payments across all of your accounts, whether those are business accounts, personal accounts, or both.
This service is built for people whose bill pay has become a job in itself. Retirees managing fixed incomes with multiple recurring bills. High net worth individuals with payments across multiple properties, accounts, and service providers. Families managing finances for an aging parent. Power of Attorney holders who are trying to keep a loved one's financial obligations current while handling their own responsibilities.
We track every payment, confirm every due date, and make sure nothing slips through. You see everything. We handle the execution.
White Glove Bill Pay can stand alone or pair with our Personal Finance Management or Bookkeeping services for a complete picture of where your money is going.
Customized Financial Reporting
Standard reports out of QuickBooks do not always tell you what you actually need to know. If you need a clearer view of what is happening in your business, we build custom financial dashboards and reports tailored to how you make decisions.
The work includes building financial models, creating KPI dashboards, designing custom views of your profit and loss, cash flow, budget vs. actual results, and any other data you want to track over time. We use tools like ReachReporting and DOMO alongside QuickBooks and Xero to create reporting that fits your business, not the other way around.
Custom reporting is available as a standalone service or as an add-on to bookkeeping or fractional CFO engagements. Many CFO clients use custom reporting as part of their monthly review process, while some bookkeeping clients add it when they outgrow the standard financial statements.
Peak Review
Not sure if your books are in good shape? The Peak Review is a one-time diagnostic of your accounting setup. Our team reviews your accounting software configuration, your chart of accounts, and your financial statements to check for accuracy, completeness, and common problems.
If we find discrepancies, missing entries, miscategorized transactions, or structural issues with your chart of accounts, we bring them to your attention and walk you through what needs to be fixed. We can also handle the fixes for you if you prefer.
The Peak Review is designed for business owners who have a bookkeeper or are doing their own books and want a second set of eyes. It is also a common starting point for businesses considering ongoing bookkeeping or CFO services, because it gives both sides a clear picture of where things stand before committing to a monthly engagement.
